WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

# 1. Post a blog 3 times a week (M, W & F) of at least 200 words. In your blogs you could:
-describe something you learned
-explain something that surprised you
-give an update about stuff you're working on
-explain how you solved a problem
-tell a cool story

Also include images, sounds or video from your project.

# 2. Respond thoughtfully to another blogger's posts on this site. Post 1 of these response-blogs per week (200 or more words each).

Each of you is expected to contribute to this blog--even if you're working with another student or with a group.

I'm really looking forward to following your project via your postings! Have fun!

We're almost high school graduates

With a severe bout of senioritis from April forward, I felt like a complete failure when it came to being productive. I was worried that I would never be able to find the motivation and proactivity that once accompanied my daily life. However, I was happy to see that my worrying was not warranted. Sunday evening, I had a sudden burt of energy and decided, "hey, why not write all 20 or so of your articles for the magazine?" My inner self said "well, you might as well since there's nothing on tv at 12 in the mooring," so I began to write until I felt the life drain from my body. I was up until 5am, but on the good side, all of my articles were done except for 2. This was the old Rebekah that I love dearly. Now, I could focus on revising and attempting to translate them all into Spanish, a responsibility that I did not look forward to doing in the least bit.

Tuesday morning we went to the aquarium to get some pictures and information for our guidebook. In my opinion, it was a one- time experience that I will not remember. I could only think about how the organisms would taste on my plate with some butter and tartar sauce. I would say that it was a productive day, but I do not like to lie. Today was spent being a slave to Chipotle and working on the guidebook. Ho, Ho, cheerios.
